3. Data Accuracy

Prices and charts are sourced from public APIs (Binance, CoinGecko). We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or real-time delivery of this data. Delays, discrepancies, and API outages may occur without notice.

4. No Trading Signals Guarantee

Signal indicators within the app are analytical context derived from public market data. They are not buy or sell recommendations, do not guarantee returns, and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex Crypto Desk and its creators are not liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages resulting from the use of or reliance on this software or its data.

6. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@apexcryptodesk.com for billing questions.
